We aim to make everything easy for you. You can cancel your membership at any time with just a few clicks. There’s no need to email or call – you’re in full control.

Before you cancel, if you feel there is something missing from our membership offer that we could add to encourage you to stay, please get in touch.

To cancel your membership, head to the student dashboard – https://photoclub247.com/dashboard

You will need to sign into your PhotoClub247 account to access this page. If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it here

From the Members Dashboard, click on “Order History”

On the next page, you need to find the order associated with your membership

Click on “View” to see the order details

Click on “Cancel Subscription” and follow the onscreen prompts.

Your account will then move to “Pending Cancellation” and you will still have access to all your membership content and profile until the date the next payment was due.

After that date, your account will be “Cancelled” and you will no longer have access to the membership benefits.
