Do you offer refunds?
No, sorry! Due to the nature of the product, no refunds can be offered. It is kind of difficult to return a digital product! You can cancel your membership at any time at Dashboard > Order History
How do I cancel my Membership?
You can cancel your membership at any time in the student dashboard... Dashboard > Order History
No need to email or get in touch - just click to cancel.
What happens when I cancel?
Once you cancel you will no longer have access to the service, including all content and resources, once your current membership period is completed.
No partial refunds are given should you terminate a subscription before your renewal date, however you will retain access to the service until the end of your payment term.
Will the price increase in the future?
As long as your subscription is active, your subscription fee will not increase. You will always pay the price you signed up for, even if the price increases after that.
If you cancel your subscription and then decide to rejoin, you will rejoin at the current rate.
