By booking a place on one of the online courses or joining as a member, you are entering into an agreement with PhotoClub247 Ltd. as follows:
In order to purchase any of the courses or memberships, you must register for an account with us via the website. If you already have an account with us you can log into your account using your username and password.
Bookings for all courses and memberships are to be made via this website. Payment can be made with Credit/Debit Card (via Stripe).
If you wish to cancel your order
When you place an order via the Internet, you, the customer, has the right to cancel the order, without incurring any costs, by writing to the supplier with notice of cancellation under The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. With this in mind, you have the right to cancel your order by writing to us within 7 days of making the booking (the cancellation period) with notice of cancellation. We will refund all money paid by you in full within 7 days of receiving this notice.
PLEASE NOTE: If you have purchased an Online Course and have already accessed, downloaded all or part of the Online Course and/or started to use that Online Course then you shall have no right to cancel your order and we are unable to offer any refunds.
If you wish to cancel your Membership
You may also cancel your membership subscription at any time via your Account Dashboard.
Due to the nature of the service, no refunds will be made for any membership fees already paid.
Once you cancel you will no longer have access to the service, including all content and resources, once your current membership period is completed.
No partial refunds are given should you terminate a subscription before your renewal date, however you will retain access to the service until the end of your payment term.
PLEASE NOTE: It is entirely your responsibility to ensure that you cancel your account in good time should you no longer require the service and do not wish to be billed further.
When you enrol in an online course, you are purchasing one individual license and therefore no part of the course material may be distributed or given out to anyone else.
Any person deemed to be passing on content from the website will face immediate legal action for damages and losses that PhotoClub247 Ltd. has incurred.
If several users are found to be using the same login details for one user then the account will be closed immediately, no refund will be given and legal action will be taken for the damages and losses that PhotoClub247 Ltd. has incurred.
When you sign up for a course or membership on this website, you can create a public profile, share photos and contribute to discussions.
Membership of ‘Groups’ is exclusive to Photo Club 247 Members only.

To maintain the communities friendly and welcoming reputation, treat everyone with respect. Healthy debates are natural, but kindness is required.
No hate speech or bullying
Make sure everyone feels safe. Bullying of any kind isn’t allowed, and degrading comments about things such as race, religion, culture, sexual orientation, gender or identity will not be tolerated.
No promotion or spam
Give more to this group than you take. Self-promotion, spam and irrelevant links aren’t allowed.
Any user found to be in breach of these rules will have their account closed immediately and no refunds on membership fees paid will be offered.
Intellectual Property Rights
All Intellectual Property Rights in, or arising out of, or in connection with the photography courses and memberships together with the materials & handouts supplied as downloads shall be owned by, and the exclusive property of PhotoClub247 Ltd., and can not be copied, shared or distributed.
All content is owned by PhotoClub247 Ltd. and protected by copyright laws. Any user deemed to be passing on content from the courses will face immediate legal action for damages and losses that PhotoClub247 Ltd. has incurred.
Any personal information/data you provide at the time of booking the photography workshop/course is used solely to provide the service and process the payment. We do not share your personal information with any third parties.
When you make your booking you agree to be added to our newsletter mailing list. You can choose to opt-out of this newsletter at any time by following the links to unsubscribe at the bottom of each email sent.
