What an incredible first month for our Monthly Photo Challenge! We’ve been absolutely thrilled with the participation and the stunning “Winter” themed entries you all shared.
It was genuinely tough to pick a winner, a testament to the talent within our community!
A massive congratulations goes out to Andrew Fletcher, who is the very deserving winner of our inaugural January Photo Challenge! Andrew’s image truly captured the essence of winter beautifully, and we loved seeing it.

Well done, Andrew!
As our first winner, Andrew now has the exciting privilege of choosing the theme for February, and he hasn’t disappointed! We’re excited to announce that Februarys theme is: “Times gone by…”
This theme is wonderfully open to interpretation, inviting you to delve into history, nostalgia, or perhaps even the subtle signs of age and passage of time around us. We can’t wait to see how you interpret “Times gone by…” through your lenses.
To enter the February challenge, simply upload your photograph to any Space on PhotoClub247 and tag it with #thepast
A Quick Recap on How the Challenge Works
For those new to the challenge, or as a friendly reminder, each month we introduce a new, open-ended theme. Members submit their images, using the designated hashtag, and the previous month’s winner (or myself for the very first challenge!) selects the next winner.
That winner then gets to choose the theme for the following month! It’s a fantastic way to keep our creative juices flowing, discover new perspectives, and encourage engagement within our vibrant PhotoClub247 community.
This challenge is just for fun and open to all PhotoClub247 members, so if you’re enjoying it, spread the word and invite fellow photography enthusiasts to join us!
Let’s make February another month filled with fantastic photographic journeys into “Times gone by…”. I’m really looking forward to seeing all your entries.
