Leaving the safety of solid ground behind, Barbara hangs out of aeroplanes and helicopters to capture the vast, breathtaking expanses of the Australian continent from a dizzying perspective.

But these aren’t your typical aerial maps. Barbara specialises in transforming the earth below into stunning, unique abstract art.

By looking straight down at the coastlines, deserts, and salt lakes, she isolates the incredible patterns of nature, using creative Photoshop techniques to subtly enhance the textures, colours, and features of the terrain.

Whether you are fascinated by aerial logistics or want to learn how to turn standard landscapes into painterly masterpieces, Barbara’s presentation will completely change how you look at the world from above.
