What’s so often missing is the why and the who: the inner work that transforms photography from a technical pursuit into a vehicle for self-knowledge and authentic, creative expression.
In this contemplative, yet practical talk, internationally published fine art photographer and creative mentor Brad Carr invites you to explore landscape photography as a bridge between two worlds: the outer landscape we know so well, and the inner one we so rarely visit.
Drawing on his acclaimed creative essays, Five Pillars of Meaningful Landscape Photography framework, eight years of walking the sacred Welsh landscape with camera in hand, and five years walking alongside others on their creative path, Brad offers a contemplative, practical journey into photographing with purpose, and learning, at last, to listen to what your photographs have been quietly trying to tell you all along.
About Brad
Brad Carr is an internationally published fine art landscape photographer, Nature writer, and creative mentor from Wales. His mystical photographs of the Welsh landscape have featured in national exhibitions, books, and magazines, and he has worked with 200 other photographers, helping them refine their vision and unearth their creative voice.
He is a sought-after speaker, delivering several talks to prestigious organisations and appearing on leading photography podcasts to share his story of hope and healing through the lens of the camera.
