Description: Those of us of a certain age may recall a TV advert for Fairy Liquid that said " Hands that do dishes Can be soft as your face. " This image is a nod to that campaign and a lovely thought of H.M. The Queen who always referred to herself in the first person, doing the washing up after a family meal. (And I bet she sometimes did!) It is a 10 year old image that I remain very proud of today. Shot on my forst camera a canon 450d with standard kit lens. I do not know if the brand has changed hands but the royal warrant is no long on this product so the same title could not be given today, or at least have less fond meaning. The iamge was born out of boredom following a long winter and not getting out so I had a project shooting everyday items around the kitchen and this was by far the best of the day.
