Title: Midnight Autumnal light
Votes: 6
Views: 228
Description: This 15 second exposure taken this October near Oslo was looking for Auroral light but actually captured Navigation lights. The tree is lit only by distant ambient lighting. Norwegians are renowned for leaving their porch lights on 24/7. Have tampered with the black point, contrast, sharpness, etc inside Affinity's develop module to emphasise the tree foliage, twin aircraft lights (not a double image) and the wispy cloud that wasn't visible to the naked eye. There is of course star trailing due to exposure length through the wide end of a 18-200mm zoom on DX format camera manually focused. Reduced to under 3Meg JPG.Is this autumnal enough for the competition please?
