By booking a place on one of the online classes or joining as a member, you are entering into an agreement with PhotoClub247 Ltd. as follows:

Payment

In order to purchase any of the classes or memberships, you must register for an account with us via the website.  If you already have an account with us you can log into your account using your username and password.

Bookings for all classes and memberships are to be made via this website. Payment can be made with Credit/Debit Card (via Stripe).

Due to the nature of the service, all sales are final and no refunds will be made for any class or membership fees already paid.

If you wish to cancel your Membership

You may cancel your membership subscription at any time via your Account Dashboard.

Once you cancel you will no longer have access to the service, including all content and resources, once your current membership period is completed.

No partial refunds are given should you terminate a subscription before your renewal date, however you will retain access to the service until the end of your payment term.

PLEASE NOTE: It is entirely your responsibility to ensure that you cancel your account in good time should you no longer require the service and do not wish to be billed further.

Individual License

When you enrol in an online class, or sign up for a membership, you are purchasing one individual license and therefore no part of the class material or webinars may be distributed or given out to anyone else.

Any person deemed to be passing on content from the website will face immediate legal action for damages and losses that PhotoClub247 Ltd. has incurred.

If several users are found to be using the same login details for one user then the account will be closed immediately, no refund will be given and legal action will be taken for the damages and losses that PhotoClub247 Ltd. has incurred.

Community Rules

When you sign up for a class or membership on this website, you can create a profile, share photos and contribute to discussions.

Membership of 'Spaces' is exclusive to PhotoClub247 Members and class attendees only.

In order to maintain a safe and friendly community, we have the following rules in place...

Be kind & courteous

To maintain the communities friendly and welcoming reputation, treat everyone with respect. Healthy debates are natural, but kindness is required.

No hate speech or bullying

Make sure everyone feels safe. Bullying of any kind isn't allowed, and degrading comments about things such as race, religion, culture, sexual orientation, gender or identity will not be tolerated.

No promotion or spam

Give more to this group than you take. Self-promotion, spam and irrelevant links aren't allowed.

Any user found to be in breach of these rules will have their account closed immediately and no refunds on membership fees paid will be offered.

Intellectual Property Rights

All Intellectual Property Rights in, or arising out of, or in connection with the photography classes and membership together with the materials & handouts supplied as downloads shall be owned by, and the exclusive property of  PhotoClub247 Ltd., and can not be copied, shared or distributed.

All content is owned by PhotoClub247 Ltd. and protected by copyright laws. Any user deemed to be passing on content from the classes or webinars will face immediate legal action for damages and losses that PhotoClub247 Ltd. has incurred.

Your Privacy

Any personal information/data you provide at the time of booking the photography class or membership is used solely to provide the service and process the payment. We do not share your personal information with any third parties.

When you make your booking you agree to be added to our newsletter mailing list. You can choose to opt-out of this newsletter at any time by following the links to unsubscribe at the bottom of each email sent.

In booking any online photography class or membership with us you are accepting the terms and conditions as detailed on this page.
